About Bluefish Expo
Registration fee: kr 5 500,-
Pavilion (3 exhibitors or more): kr 15 000,-
The registration fee can be paid by card or invoice.
Booth space is confirmed and secured when payment has been registered.
IMPORTANT: Early Bird, 25 % discount on booth rental. Order before July 1!

Booth prices
9–30 sqm: kr 2 450,- per sqm
31–60 sqm: kr 2 250,- per sqm
Over 60 sqm: Price by agreement
All prices are quoted excl. VAT.
What is included in the stand rental?
Standard stand setup with white exhibition walls
(Height 2.5 m / Width 1 m per element)Nameplate with company name
Power, technical equipment and other add-ons are ordered separately and provided by our partner Sparebanken Møre Arena. This is invoiced directly from the supplier.


Equipment, setup times and cancellation
Orders are placed via the online store of Compass Fairs.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The invoice will be sent after the event.

Setup times
Detailed practical information and setup times for stand builders and exhibitors will be sent out well in advance of the event.
Cancellation
Cancellation after 10.04.27 will be charged 50 % of the stand rent.
Cancellation after 26.06.27 will be charged 100 % of the stand rent.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
BlueFish Party
We are once again pleased to invite you to the BlueFish party – a social and atmospheric evening for exhibitors and partners.
The evening includes:
Aperitif upon arrival
Three-course dinner with accompanying beverages
Entertainment
Awarding of Exhibitor of the Year
Price:
kr 1 995,- + VAT per person
Private table (up to 8 people): kr 15 500,- + VAT
An invoice will be sent and must be paid before the event.
