We are now planning BlueFish Expo 2027

Largest event

BlueFish Expo 2027 will be our biggest event ever – and marks the 7th time we are planning and hosting BlueFish. Interest is already high, and we expect strong participation from the entire industry.

The program will include, among other things:

  • Official and ceremonial opening

  • Political debate ahead of the 2027 parliamentary election

  • Conference sessions with relevant and forward-looking topics

  • Professional content aimed at both established players and the next generation in the industry

What does the booth rental include?

  • Standard booth setup with white exhibition walls (H 2.5 m / W 1 m)

  • Visibility of the company on digital platforms

  • Daily cleaning of the booth (vacuuming)

  • Name badge for booth staff

  • Unlimited number of customer invitations

Exhibitors invite their own customers, and we market the fair broadly to organizations, stakeholders, and visitors through our channels and networks.

Power, carpets, technical equipment, and other additional equipment are supplied and invoiced by our partner Sparebanken Møre Arena.
Ordering of equipment, supplies, and power will be available from June 2027 to mid-August 2027.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation between 1 January 2027 and 30 June 2027 will be invoiced at 50% of the booth rental.

  • Cancellation after 1 July 2027 will be invoiced in full.

The registration fee is non-refundable.
For hotel cancellations, a fee of NOK 250 per participant applies.

Opening and event

Official opening and opening event.
The hall is open to the public from 10:00–17:00.

📅 Wednesday 8 September 2027
The hall is open from 10:00–17:00.
The BlueFish party is held in the evening.

📅 Thursday 9 September 2027
The hall is open from 10:00–15:00.

A conference hall is set up in the exhibition hall with professional lectures and current topics for the industry.
Recruitment will be a recurring theme throughout all days, with particular focus on the next generation in the profession.
Activities aimed at shipowners and crew are also planned.

Transport and parking

A free shuttle bus will be arranged for exhibitors between the city center hotels and the venue.

Parking in the area is limited.
The shuttle bus stops at the entrance to Aksla Parking Garage (the intersection of Kipervikgata / Rådstugata).

Food and lounges

There will be at least one dining area - probably several.
Dedicated lounge areas will also be set aside for quiet customer conversations and meetings.

We are once again pleased to invite you to the BlueFish party - a social meeting place for exhibitors and partners.

The evening includes:

  • Aperitif on arrival

  • Three-course dinner with drinks included

  • Entertainment

  • Awarding of Exhibitor of the Year

  • Option to reserve a private table

Price:

  • NOK 1 995,- + VAT per cover

  • Table (up to 8 people): NOK 15 550,- + VAT
