About Bluefish Expo
Registration fee: NOK 5,500.-
Pavilion (3 or more exhibitors): NOK 15,000.-
The registration fee can be paid by card or invoice.
Stand space is confirmed and secured once payment is registered.
Booth prices
9–30 sqm: NOK 2,450 per sqm
31–60 sqm: NOK 2,250 per sqm
Over 60 sqm: Price upon agreement
All prices are excl. VAT.
What is included in the stand rent?
Standard stand setup with white exhibition walls
(Height 2.5 m / Width 1 m per element)Nameplate with company name
Electricity, technical equipment, and other additions are ordered separately and supplied by our partner Sparebanken Møre Arena. This will be invoiced directly from the supplier.
See and choose your location, and note it in the registration form.
Equipment, setup times and cancellation
Orders are placed via the online store of Compass Fairs.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The invoice will be sent after the event.

Setup times
Detailed practical information and setup times for stand builders and exhibitors will be sent out well in advance of the event.
Cancellation
Cancellation after 10.04.27 will be charged 50 % of the stand rent.
Cancellation after 26.06.27 will be charged 100 % of the stand rent.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
BlueFish Party
We are once again pleased to invite you to the BlueFish party – a social and atmospheric evening for exhibitors and partners.
The evening includes:
Aperitif upon arrival
Three-course dinner with accompanying beverages
Entertainment
Awarding of Exhibitor of the Year
Price:
kr 1 995,- + VAT per person
Private table (up to 8 people): kr 15 500,- + VAT
An invoice will be sent and must be paid before the event.
